AUSTRALIA TO DUBAI & THE GCC

A new market.
A considered move.

Explore expansion into the Gulf with a practical commercial plan and support from Averyx’s offices in Dubai and Riyadh.

YOUR CONNECTION TO THE GULF

Regional presence.
Connected support.

For Australian businesses, entering the Gulf raises questions about customers, business structures, licensing, people and ongoing operations. The right starting point is to understand the opportunity and what your business would need to deliver it.

Our offices in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia give Averyx a presence in two key GCC markets. We help connect your Australian plans with local implementation, bringing together the relevant people and workstreams.

We also welcome enquiries about Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman. Support in these markets is scoped individually, with country-specific requirements and local advisers considered where needed.

OUR UAE OFFICE

Dubai

A base for discussing UAE establishment, business operations, accounting and ongoing compliance support.

OUR SAUDI OFFICE

Riyadh

A local point of coordination for Saudi market entry, establishment requirements and ongoing business support.

FROM OPPORTUNITY TO OPERATIONS

Plan the business.
Then plan the setup.

Readiness & market fit

Clarify your reasons for expanding, target customers, service delivery model, budget and management capacity.

02 / STRUCTURE

Establishment & coordination

Compare the relevant setup options and coordinate licensing, ownership, immigration and banking workstreams with the appropriate specialists.

03 / OPERATE

Finance & ongoing support

Plan accounting, reporting, cash flow and the compliance support needed once the business is operating.

EXPANSION OR RELOCATION

Build around your actual plans.

You may want to keep your Australian business and add a Gulf presence, establish a new venture, or explore relocating while running an international business.

Each option has different commercial, operational and personal implications. We help identify the questions, sequence the work and coordinate the advice needed before you commit.

Start with these questions

  • Which customers and markets will the business serve?
  • Who will manage and deliver the work locally?
  • What activity and licensing requirements apply?
  • What are the setup costs and ongoing obligations?
  • How will the move affect the Australian business and its owners?

Dubai & GCC questions

Do you have offices in both Dubai and Riyadh?

Yes. Averyx has offices in Dubai and Riyadh. Enquiries from this website are coordinated through info@averyx.com.au so we can connect you with the appropriate team.

Do you cover other GCC countries?

We welcome enquiries about the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman. Our offices are in Dubai and Riyadh; support in other countries is agreed case by case and may involve local advisers.

Do I have to close my Australian business?

Not necessarily. Expansion and relocation are different decisions. The right approach depends on your customers, activities, management arrangements and personal circumstances.

Will moving or setting up a company end my Australian tax obligations?

Not automatically. Personal and company tax residency, Australian business activities and cross-border arrangements need separate assessment. We coordinate with appropriately qualified Australian and local advisers; we do not promise a tax outcome.

Can you guarantee a visa or bank account?

No. Licensing, visas and bank accounts are subject to the relevant authority or provider’s requirements and approval. We help you understand and coordinate the process.
